My buddy got this workout from a trainer at the gym, i thought i'd post it here and see what you guys think. I'm thinking of using it becuase the trainer gave it to him knowing that my friend was looking to add some weight and strength ... I don't want to gain anything nuts just about 10 pounds...I like to workout but am not a serioud body builder or anything so keep that in mind when giving advice ... thanks...Heres the workout ! (The muslce group that comes first means that you emphasize more on it meaning you'd do 4 sets of the first muscle group that day then maybe only 2 or 3 sets of the second muscle group) Mon - Chest / tris Tue - back / bis Wed - Shoulders / Legs Thur - OFF Fri - tris / Chest Sat - Bis/ Back Sun - Legs / shoulders..... The trainer said that hitting the muscles twice a week would benefit us So what do you guys think any advice would be greatly appreciated
