I wish I had double jointed elbows so I could do tricep curls.

I have double jointed shoulders too. SOme times when Im doing any behind the head stuff I can feel my shoulder about to pop out and I have to drop the weight real fast. I usually am at home putting ice on my right shoulder. Tell me what the doc says about his shoulder if you could.
