Are these things worth buying??? How do you install it, im wondering because my house isnt in the best shape and i dont know if i want to be hanging from my crappy doorframe to have it fall and the bar lands on my face

It should be just fine (so long as you get the screws into solid wood). Of course I hung mine from the rafters of my garage with rope. More room in there...

I have this rock climbing pull up. It has a bunch of tiny slits for close or far finger grip or use your hole hand. It is really good for a thing I picked up at a garage sale for $10
