Can someone help me out? I am just starting to workout and I need someone who could give me advice on a good routine. I can't lift that much but hey, the more you work at it the better you do right? So could someone please start me off and tell me what I should and should not do?

Thanks...

My goals are to actually get into shape. I mean, I can run three miles with not much of a problem but I can barely lift anything. Do I need to be more specific?

weights and hig reps for a good 6 weeks to build my foundation, its really not a good idea to hit the weights hard with out building a GOOD foundation with out a foundation you cant grow to your full potential. get it
