Food. And a good amount of protein after the workout.

as a wise man once said, you grow outside the gym. that being said, 1.bust your butt when your in the gym, but dont overtrain. 2. Rest... your muscles do most of there growing while resting, hence not overtraining 3. this is most important. EAT EAT EAT. diet is what its all about, really the only supps i would recomennd would be some protein powder, fish oil, and some high molecular waxy maize to take after workouts. supplements do exactly what they say... they supplement what you are already doing and eating. that being said just find out how many calories you need to maintain, then take in about 500 or so more than that, if your not seeing results then bump it up by about 100 a week till you see results. good luck supps are overrated, save your money for REAL food

Superpump250 for before the workout. A really nice supp for your first one. I still take it bc I love it. No creatine which I like alot. I had some real nice results with animal cuts when I cut. pretty cheap and easy. Id def reccomend it to anyone who wants to go the supp way for this. But yea none of this does **** without a really good meal plan. Just helps u get more out of the gym which is only like 10% of training. Def get on the food and ull be able to tell how important it is real soon if ur doing it right.
Sometimes you just gotta go out there and get it done, You know.. Give Er

Syntha 6, great protein. Muscle milk, cytogainer, um... and food. Pretty much whey protein and carbs are great for after you workout...

these guys made some good recomendations, but with supps, like anything else, your body is gona respond differently than theirs will, b/c all our bodies are different in some ways and react differently. so if you want to take some supps you have to find what works for you. but the best advice i can give is save your money and use it on GOOD food. Your wallet and your body will thank you in the long run. thank being said good luck

Yeap, nothing can compare to a nice chicken breast, salmon, or a steak. PREworkout supplements are actually a huge deal right now and I would just stick to that, and whey after you get your swell on. But, as Money said, food will give more than any pill or powder.

If you're looking for researched powders in the before and after hours of a workout then you can't beat stuff like BCAAs, creatine, caffeine, beta alanine, arginine, glutamine, carnitine, whey etc.
Going to hit epistane soon.

scott made some good suggestions, i would suggest tryin some of his suggestions. the reason we push REAL food is because you can get so many nutrients from it, and it work take you several different supps mixed with something like protein powder to get the same benefits. my last suggestion would be is that once you get your diet in check look into a pre-workout. thats my only recomendation. good luck
