SLDLs and lunges are good additions to any leg day.

One of my favorites, some extremely deep front squats. For a while I didn't have a squat rack and relied heavily on this exercise cause you can use less weight and really feel it, plus I couldn't clean enough and put it on my back for regular squats and then get the bar off my back. I still do front squats though, not as my primary leg exercise however.

Wetdawg No forearm work? i assume u r talking abt isolations... i never made any gains with isolation workouts for forearms eventhough i got a great workout. but i made great gains with clean 'n jerks and with OHPs. is there a necessity to put in isolations?

No, isolations are there to help compliment compounds or bring lagging body parts up. You get lots of forearm work with heavy pull exercises already, I dont really see a reason to do any kind of forearm isolation Ironman69 Wetdawg No forearm work? i assume u r talking abt isolations... i never made any gains with isolation workouts for forearms eventhough i got a great workout. but i made great gains with clean 'n jerks and with OHPs. is there a necessity to put in isolations?

I haven't done forearm specific work in 8 years, they lagged then I did some stuff for a while which brought them up to par, and they are in proportion imo. I don't think they are always needed, just depends on the person.

Looks very similiar to a split I just started (had been doing full body for awhile). On chest/tri/shoulder day maybe through in one more shoulder workout besides the OH press. Maybe some side DB raises or something. Close grip bench is fun to mix in for the triceps. Leg day I think someone already mentioned it but maybe add some lunges, maybe some leg extentions. Back and bicep day you don't have a single bicep isolation. I'd at least do some standard BB curls to finish off those biceps after all yoru back work. A split routine is meant to have more isolation than a full body so don't be afraid to do some curls. :) Reverse grip curls will give your forearms some extra work if you want to mix it up.
Age: 26 Height: 5'10 Weight as of 8/31/08: 160lbs. Current weight: 180lbs. Semi-Clean Bulkin! Current Maxes as of 6/4/08: Squat: 250lbs. Deadlift: 255lbs. Bench: 285lbs.
