Well from the advice of my earlier post, i decided to go down to the gym. Unfortunaly having entered and just sat down i was asked my age, i replied 14, in which i was edjected from the gym as under 16's where not allowed. so i then whet out and brought a set of 2 dumbells (4kg each - any comments light, heavy?) However having brought them some 1 told me that doing weights stub your growth which is of great concern to me as at the moment im only 1m 58 cm. My voice hasnt broken either. My weight is 46.200 kg. Im also from england London. I was also wondering about a simple routine with only the dumbells, cos im really poor :/ i think ive got my diet good enough ( 6 meals a day ) so any adivce on a routine and how often would be nice thankyou very much. Pls reply
