I wake around 9 take a flax oil, and a multi-vitamin(centrum most times) 30 min later I drink my first creatine serving(cell mass) eat about 30 - 45 after this sound around 10 - 10:30, eat again at 12, class till either 4 or 5, lift w/ cardio, creatine right after it, 30 min later a protein shake, 30 min later dinner, then around an 2 hours later I eat again and have a multivitamin before bed time. I do this 4 days a week and try to do cardio atleast one day I don't go to the gym. Any opinions?

Sounds like a plan to me. I personally am currently going for upper-body gains, as my legs have always been disproportionally strong for my weight(I ran cross-country/track/played baseball my whole life). I've pretty much outlined my work-out schedule plan in another post that I'm asking the board for opinions on. You can find it here: http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Is_this_good_stack_plan/m_107726/tm.htm One thing I didn't remember to post in my plan thread is that on top of my normal protein shakes, I also try to drink one "Smoothie" from my College's local fitness shop per day. Their smoothies give 100% DV per shake of Vitamins A,C,D,E,B, 25% of Calcium, and I get them to add a Protein Powder into my shakes that comes from some Health company. (I forget the name as of right now). So My vitamins and protein stay high hopefully. As for your plan, it looks a lot like mine, and it looks to be good as far as I know. Just stick with whatever you pick, don't be lazy, and you'll see gain.

look into megamen's sport multivitamin. centrum is packed full of sodium food colorings and other fillers you just don't need. also if you're trying to gain muscle mass cut down on the cardio but if you're loosing fat keep the cardio going.

don't see why not. May be a bit dry, but it should work.

animal pak is a good vitamin pack. i forgot to check if you were useing l-glutamine. if you aren't you should. i just ran out of my first bottle and now i'm drained every day and more sore than ever. glutamine really seems to help with recovery time. you should try if you havn't already. the capsules work fine. i took 2 b4 workout then 2 after.
