Here my diet plan , Need some feedback. Basically its based on cutting.

Meal 1 : Two pieces of wholemeal bread with Blueberry jam          (10 calories per serving) 1 Vitagen

Meal 2 : Some Fruits ( Apple, papaya )

Meal 3 : Turkey/Chicken/Roast Beef with some lettuce in between two pieces of wholemeal bread

Meal 4 : Peanut butter with Two pieces of wholemeal bread

Meal 5 : Usually after my work out i down two scoops of protein shake with cold water then i have dinner about half an hour later...Dinner ( Roast Chicken / Tuna with onions / Steamed cod/Salmon ) Some salad with 1 Tbs of Flaxseed oil

Meal 6 : Either fruits or Two scoops of whey protein

Will this work ?

Currently i'm 1.85 m and i weigh 79.0kg. I have alot of flab around my belly so i've been doing cardio and weight training over the past few months. Only in the past month have i begun to take 6 meals a day since i've read it works best.

I train on mondays wednesdays and fridays. Chest and tricep ; Back and bis , Legs and shoulders respectively. B4 i begin my strength training i run on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes. Also i play tennis quite often on sundays and tuesdays. Thursday and saturdays are off days for me most of the time.

Meal 1 needs protein-eggwhites, a shake etc................Really not a good idea to consume carbs alone except post workout.  Fruit as a snack is ok.  The other meals look ok until meal 6.  I would not recommend fruit and you certainly need the protein powder prior to going to bed for the night.so i would stick with the protein (ideally something slow release like SUSTAIN ) or cottage chese.

If you are training properly and performing some cardio you should see a reduction......if not within 3-4 weeks you need to make adjustments

ok thx for the advice. i was just wondering about the peanut butter and flaxseed oil will my fat intake be too high when i'm trying to loss flab?

Hi guys I have been going to the gym three to four times a week and eating a healthy diet and sometimes using the protein shake....Sadly I have not acheived an amazing result. I was told by one of the trainers in my gym that I should think about using winstrol if I really wanted to look good. To my surprise I found out that all others in my gym were all using the product and BOY do the look good. I have ordered the stuff and waiting for it to arrive. I ordered about 36 ampules of injectable Winnie as it is called. However, no one has been able to provide me with accurate advice on how to use the stuff. everyone says a different thing.
Could anyone help me with the following questions.

How much of Winstrol do I have to inject myself with and how often?

Should is be done first thing in the morning or an hour before a workout sesion?

Do I need to take it in conjunction with any other steroids?

How long is one course of Winnie?

What sort of syringes and needles do I need for it?

Can I still take my Protein shakes while using Winnie?

I do not want to gain massive muscles i just want a defined physique, will winnie acheive this?

Sorry guys I know its a lot of questions but I need to get all info before my products arrive...

besides talk to your trainer since he is the person that suggested taking the drug to ensure amazing resultsSmile

not offended just dont see the need to place it in this particular thread........and with all the other websites and forums on the internet I am sure with a little independent research you can find some suggested cycles for Winstrol

the vast majority of the talk here is supplements so this is probably not the best place...........

bodybuilding.com has a drug forum and the only reason I even reference another board is I think the general concensus of the board members here is that they wish the dialogue to be focused on supplements...........you will get some advice on bb.com if you plan on using the "products" you obtained

Mate dont tell me you acheived a back like that with supplements, who are you kidding?
Spoken to lots of professionals trainers in London and Paris they all seem to have used it at some point

BTW winstrol is a crap anabolic and by it self its not all that affective might as well be taking a legal sup like superdrol.. Alot of people get the misconception that winstrol helps get then and cut.. Its just a way of keeping your muscle size while cutting, hard muscles. You normally run it after a bulking cycle or during a cycle since its a low androgenic steroid. Personally i dont get offended when you talk about winstrol since its really not much of a steroid anyways and in my opinion should be legal. You will probably gain 10 lbs and harden just slightly it wont be some remarkable results like ignorant people who have never tried it say.

I have 10 amps of that **** in my dresser you need to take it ED to EOD. Its expensive if your going to take it the right way. Pills are never usually as effective. 50mg every other day is effective.

Anyways like i said winstrol by it self = garbage. Unless your coming off some big bulk cycle and want to run it during your PCT.

you have zero knowledge of my background but yet feel the need to comment on my supplement program -I am 40 years old and have been training CONSISTENTLY for 25 years.   Try doing that first and than make a comment

VOLCANO25 - Get a new trainer and stop taking advice from people who themselves have failed at making it.

Have you ever heard that those who can't do it themselves LOVE to tell the world why everybody else can't either?

Before you go down that path, stop taking advice from somebody who's probably failed to acheive amazing results themselves.

I'm guessing you've not found the right combination of training for you, or the intensity levels can be adjusted or your diet needs more fine turning... etc.

What happens if you do start these "supplements?"  What happens when you stop?  Will you go back to less than amazing results?  Will you be happy with that?

All I'm saying is evaluate who's telling you that advice.  I have worked out over 16+ years and didn't get amazing results myself until I:

* learned about nutrition from a credible source
* found many programs that bumped up my workouts (previously I thought I worked out hard.. NOT)
* kept learning

I'm happy with my results and that's all that matters.

I think you can acheive some damn impressive results.  Think about it a little more.  That's all I'm saying.

ED = Everyday EOD = Every Other Day PCT - Post Cycle Treatment Or Its been referenced as other names. I my self have had incredible gains... But they dont really make magic pills or liquids to achieve 35lb - 45lb gains within one year... You have to train and eat past your normal limits since your body can do more once it is enhanced... It doesnt mean hey im gonna take this and automatically im going to gain this...

There are many other options Like superdrol before steroids and Normal Sups before superdrol. Then there are Core work outs and there is proper dieting... cardio for cutting... Change of routines....

For the most part personal trainers are crap anyways... Body building doesnt take book smarts these trainers learn in school in some quick 40 day program.. Its about trial and error.

But hey if you want to take winny go for it... If you dont know much about the drug you dont know much about injecting either... So good luck not hitting a nerve and suffering some seriouse damage... Or Jeting into a vein while the oils of the liquid hit your heart. Might want to do it the safe way and learn some new routines and diets.

I personally wont use them, but for someone who is considering using them you should keep one thing in mind. No one should ever even consider starting these types of things until they are at 100% of what they can do naturally, and they are at the point in which there is nothing more they can do to improve themselves, which brings up another question is there actually a point in which you will make no gains whatsoever? I doubt it.... If you juice, and only put in 50% of the effort not only can you cause some pretty severe problems if not taking them right (based on your question your not sure how to take them either way), but you will also get to where you could have if you had just got the gains straight.... If you cant build muscle now becuase your diet, or workouts are not straight, what makes you think you will be able to keep what you gained on juice? Are you ready for the physical and financial demands it takes to juice for the long term in order to keep your cheated gains?
