Well Awhile back i posted about me breaking my forearm and wrist. A week ago i went to the doctors for another check up and he said my wrist has healed beautifully. I asked when i will be able to start heavy lifting and he said another 6 weeks. My wrist is always geting tight though an di have to stretch it several times a day. Did this happen to any of you guys when you broke your wrist forearm etc... It feels like my tendons in my wrst tighten up. Well I just cant wait to get back into workingout.

What you are experiencing is quite normal. Make sure you do your rehab exercises everyday. If youve injured it very seriously, expect that there might be some level of dysfuntion (i.e. you might not get your wrists and hand back to 100% how they were before). Patience is the key. Hit the gym too early again and it could be disaster.
