does optimum whey 100% have enough glutamine in it to give me the same benefits if I were to take glutamine seperatly? And also, what does taurine do for you? Thanks!

Most people if they take glutamine will do 5-15g daily. So if you do an optimum shake 2+ times a day.. then probably you would be getting a good dosage.

Taurine is what is in red bull. Gives you pep! It also has been showed in some studies to help with creatine uptake. Making it part of a creatine transport system such as V12 by Sans.
