Okay, my question is with regard to diet. As with many teenagers, my metabolism is extremely fast, and I can eat whatever I want and not put on fat.

What have you guys done diet wise to add lean muscle mass and keep of the fat at the same time? Would a bulking diet be good for me, or would that add fat? I do not want any fat! I enjoy having toned muscles, especially when they come rather naturally for me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Mike

Here is what I've been doing the past awhile. Gained about 10lbs or so on it. 10lbs of muscle that is! Body fat percentage remains unchanged.

ere is my current bulking plan for the next 4-5 months:

Morning - 39 gram protein shake w/ glutamine (300 calories)
1 dose of creatine monohydrate mixed with sugary fruit drink (non acidic) (these are capsules of creatine)
Normal breakfast meal totalling 400-500 calories

**Workout**

Lunch (lunch is 20 minutes after workout)
52 gram protein shake w/ glutamine (400 calories)
1 dose creatine mixed with sugary fruit drink (non acidic)
Normal lunch, healthy. cheese, fresh meats, rice, chicken, vegetables, noodles, pasta, soup, etc.

Snack - peanut butter, milk, bread, muffin, apple, etc. (200-300 calories)

Supper - Milk
Normal suppper totalling 500-600 calories (more than enough protein since we usually have chicken, beef, pork, bison, etc)
1/2 dose creatine w/ fruit juice

Snack - Milk
Apple, Bun w/ fresh deli meats, supper leftovers, etc.

2nd snack - 30 gram protein shake, pb sandwich, anything that's kickin around the fridge

30-40 min later, I rest for about 9-10 hours.

Protein per day: ~160 g
Calories: ~2800

I'm currently:
5'11"
135 lbs
4% body fat
Active cardio activities: occasional basket ball, badminton tuesday, occasional swimming.

Uh, yeah, and I'm kinda in between mesomorph and ectomorph. Basically a malnourished mesomorph. My average caloric intake before examining my diet was around 1300-1500 calories per day of junk food, pitiful breakfasts, and decent suppers. I'm usually busy but I'm buckling down and sticking to this routine indefinetely.

That's It! Tell me what you think of my routine

Notes: Creatine is in capsule form and it recommends 4 doses per day w/ a high sugar drink.

Except for Meal/snack after workout, each section is about 2-3 hours apart. Ample time for digestion.

All protein shakes are made with 2% milk, total ~200-400 calories and include glutamine and the other important amino acids.
