Hi everyone! My name is Alana, I recently joined up here and I wanted to start contributing to the community! So here's my first official post. I wanted to address some things about dieting and nutrition. As we all know, a very important part of losing weight and getting in shape is watching what you eat, and making sure you're getting the right balance of nutrients to your body. I'm a very busy woman, as I am juggling various business ventures, and for a long time I really fought with myself to try and eat right to make sure it was balancing out with my exercise routine. And for many people it really is difficult to break these bad eating habits. But I started this program, that has really changed the way I eat and has helped me feel confident about what I'm putting into my body. It's called Chef's Diet, has anyone heard of it? It's great because they prepare and send the food straight to your home. It's all fresh and tastes amazing. What diet program are you all on? Have you found success or setback with other programs you've tried? I'd really love to know! I love sharing information with people that I'm passionate about. If you guys want to take a look at Chef's Diet you can check out their site at http://www.mychefsdiet.com - Phil Andriano is an award winning top chef, hear what he has to say about Chefs Diet: http://vimeo.com/5542004 And check out the yummy entrees:

Generally speaking a first post advocating a product isn't a good idea. Quiet frankly it's rude.
