Im a skinny guy and i want to become a muscle man. I read that i have to drink at least 5 liters of water a day and eat 6 meals a day. I have problem with drinking and eating. My problem with water is:

1. I keep going to toilet every hour.
2. I dont know when to drink. I feel like i have been drinking since the time i woke up till the time i slept. Its like im a walking water tank.
3. I get full by drinking and i cant eat those  6 meals.

And with food:
1. I dont know what to eat for those 6 meals. I cant eat 6 full meals for a day. I gonna puke like that. What did you guys eat for those 6  meals?

How many calories do you have to eat and how did you calculate that? How did you calculate your required water intake?

5 liters sounds like a miscalculation to me. And you can eat 6 meals easily, believe me. It’s hefty at the beginning, but you can. Just make sure that you have 6 meals with approximately the same number of calories. So please answer those two questions at the beginning first so we can help you more.

wat do u mean by number ones?? but i can tell u that i go to the toilet like maybe once or twice every hour after drinking..

And after calculating the water intake using the website it says i only need 55 ounces thats like 2 liter max. And before that i was drinking more than double.. Maybe thats the mistake i made

wat i meant by "numbers ones" is urinating...yea if it's every hours, it's ok....

and 91 grams seem ok...i probz consume a bit more, probz a bit too much more, but i have to try to cut it down....

don't worry i'm in the same position as you... i was even lighter than you, 5'5 47kg in july, now i'm 52kg...so yea, juz train hard/ eat well...

first of all everyone who is lifting and drinks around a gallon of water everyday has to piss like a race horse frequently.  If your an ectomorph and you want to bulk up, make sure your getting plenty of carbs and calories.  Also a big part in gaining weight and muscle is to make sure your getting atleast 8 hours of sleep a night.
