I really cant cook chicken or anything during the day here its way too damn hot...
Get a big bag (Costco or another wholesale place) and BBQ 10 pieces.. you'll be set for the week. Do it when it's not so hot. Evenings.
So i started eating healthy choice beef soup..
Probably a lot of sodium you don't need. Minimal proteins.
I guess if you decide to go that route, you might as well throw in an extra protein shake.
Gotta agree with fossils on this one. You just plain need to eat more clean foods, in larger amounts.. no amount of supplementation will make up for the fact you aren't eating enough.
Take a look in the Nutrition forum.. Bulk Diet.. that is what you want to be eating roughly to gain some size.
I take my protein shakes about the same time that fossils does.
