Hi all
 
I have been lifting now about 17 months i am 22 and 6-4 and wondering what would be the best kind of diet for a guy like me ?

you need to give a little more information.

what are you trying to accomplish?  lose bodyfat? more muscle mass?  Whats your weight and LBM or at least a rough guess

Im 17 stone with a bit of a belly, i am looking to lose body fat gain mass and also tone up
