I am looking for a diet for cutting wondering how much calories i should eat and what ratio i should for me I am 178 6,0ft 18yr and what supplements i should take

dont get your head filled up with fat burners they are useless use a calorie calculater to get your calorie amount to maintain current weight then take off 500 calories from that it will give you about a 1lbs loss a week a good supp to take is (yes im serious) creatine monohydrate just the pure micronized stuff its cheap it will help preserve muscle loss during cutting just take 5 grams with your post workout shake keep the protein high as hell fats moderate and carbs not extremely low but low 50%protein / 30%fats / 20%carbs healthy fats high in monounsaterated and polyunsaturated low in saterated and no trans fats

So taking Whey protien and Creatine should work what about some vitamins and do i always take creatine or switch on and off?

the whey is just to support your high protien intake , creatine should be taken always , take it first thing in the mornings on your off days a multi vitiman wouldnt hurt
