How do you find time to eat all the time when you are trying to bulk. Between school, work, etc .Im having a hard time getting the meals in any advice? thank you.

u could have put all ur questions in the one post lol. ok for meals, pasta, eggs etc dont take very long to make. PLAN AHEAD plan wat u'll eat tomorrow today. if u can see u wont be home for dinner time, get a lunchbox and fill it with chopped fruit, nuts, oats, veg, salad, meats or watever u want, then cover it wit mayonaise, yogurt or watever. There is ALWAYS time :P

the correct figures? wat figures? if u mean wat i put in a lunchbox? eh just fill it with watever u like to eat, a chopped banana, a kiwi, a chopped apple, an orange or two peeled, chopped plums, any other fruit lying around, then pour on 2 natural yogurts. that should do ya

Even though I havent worked out in a while due to a nagging wrist injury I still am in the habit of fixing my food the night before and packing it. Its a heck of a lot cheaper than picking stuff up and you can keep track of what you are eating. Plus you can have all your meals ready at your fingers. You can find 5 minutes to chomp down on a tuna sandwich.

Carry around a few pounds of almonds and eat all of them throughout the day. That's a lot of quality calories.
