Not bad.. not bad at all.

Seems like you are easing yourself into weight training. You know about nutrition or enough to know to read up on it.

I think with that attitude, you will be very successful.

Got any updates for us?

Indication of growth. Wear them proud. They are your battle scars. Tanning will help to hide them.. Just remember to wear some sunblock. Smile

You are not doing any exercises that are more liklet than others to cause stretch marks.

Its just the way your skin responds, some are more prone to them then others, and some can have very severe, thick and dark marks.

They tend to fade over time, and while many will discuss useful creams and lotions (like liquid vitamin E) I have heard of nothing that works consistently.

Water, food, clothing can all effect your weight. Plus, the mall scale? It could easily be mis-calibrated. And the time of day will effect your weight.

Try and find a DR scale.. weight yourself the same week, same time with roughly the same amount of clothing.

Otherwise, results will vary.
