Not bad.. not bad at all. Seems like you are easing yourself into weight training. You know about nutrition or enough to know to read up on it. I think with that attitude, you will be very successful. Got any updates for us?

You are not doing any exercises that are more liklet than others to cause stretch marks. Its just the way your skin responds, some are more prone to them then others, and some can have very severe, thick and dark marks. They tend to fade over time, and while many will discuss useful creams and lotions (like liquid vitamin E) I have heard of nothing that works consistently.

As for stretch marks.......try using vitamin E oil...it's very thick, like honey, but it DOES work!
