Developing a stack

OK, so I see all this Test boost and PH talk and it is interesting but I'm still learning it all and I'm only 20. So steering a little clear of it, I'm trying to develop a good stack of a few things for when I get off this static routine. When I start actually pumping the weight again is when I figured I'd see the best results off of stacking supps. maybe not? So I was thinking something like Animal Mstak, which I've taken before but messed up the cycle halfway through. I've also taken Animal stak and idk what to think about it. I think I should have eaten better and lifted harder. I'd also like to take some kind of pre workout caffeine supp. Something to really make me feel GREAT in a gym. OK OK I realize Stak is a PH and all that but its definitely not as hardcore as all the other PH's. Has built in estrogen blockers and LH Boosters. What do you think? Animal Mstak Animal Stak Animal Pak ??? (not too sure about this one) Maybe NO xplod or Superpump? Along with my already 5g of micronized mono I'm not saying I am going to take this all. I'm just trying to throw some names out there and also curious to what you guys would say about when to take Stak, in relation to Mstak. Like during the mstak cycle or after or when? I also just don't even really know much about the Pak. Maybe someone can inform me or I'll just go read I also know Xplod and Superpump have creatine in it and what do you think about mono on top of it? Is it necessary? Thanks much

Didnt know animal stak original was still around. If your convinced your gonna take a PH, why not try halotest 25? This has gotten very good reviews from what i've read. I've also had success with storm/shock therapy combination for creatine and NO, do a seach on that combination your bound to find results.

Wasting your money. Universal Nutrition have 20 odd years experience in marketing vitamins and herbs to influentail teens. You would do better concentrating on your calorie intake and getting your six meals of whole foods a day, every day without failure for the next ten years. Optimal training for hypertrophy and for strength require different things (frequency/rest, intensity and volume). But to keep progressing with hypertrophy over the years you need to get stronger. So adjust your workout as required. Sorry, thats off topic a bit but I think that is where your focus should be rather than looking for useless supplements.

Acassidy: thanks, I really didnt intend on taking a PH although Stak is a slight PH. I may end up using a PH after all. I'll look into that stuff. But what was that storm/shock therapy stuff you mentioned? And Spenny: I appreciate your concern, but me taking a few supps is going to be inevitable. I'm gonna try something lol. I do experiment sometimes and test stuff myself. But this time I'd rather have some advice before taking something. I've always heard good things about the animal products which doesn't make sense to me to say its just marketing. Even though I messed up the Mstak cycle midway through, I finished it and I did see gains. It could have been for other reasons but it did happen. Also, When I say I've always heard good things, it wasn't over the internet. I knew people first hand that liked the product. Just to clarify. sorry Anyone else have any input?
