there was a chart issued by muscle and fitness magazine some years back on what bodybuilders should eat and what to avoid. i'll try to find it for you and maybe scan it and post it online. as far as your groceries go,mate, yeah bad ingredients and condiments make up a bad diet. what you want is quality gains and not get big,yet fat. try to avoid canned foods,by the way. the sodium in those are sky high.
