Desperate need on nutrition - Friday, December 28, 2007 8:46 AM ( #1 )
Hey all, my names Kyle and im from Leicester, England. Im 21 years old and feel that i have a decent knowledge on training/routines etc the one thin i am hopeless at though is nutrition and supplements. Im in desperate need on nutritional advice as id like to be a big bigger. Im around 5 10" and 75KG which is around 165lbs i think??

If anyone has a nutritional plan i would be so greatfull. My last body stat was around 14% BF and calorie expenditure with no activity was near the 2000 mark. I play football (soccer!) around 2-3 times a week and one of them being a 90min match on sundays. While i want to "gain" id also like to loose the fat.

there was a chart issued by muscle and fitness magazine some years back on what bodybuilders should eat and what to avoid. i'll try to find it for you and maybe scan it and post it online.

as far as your groceries go,mate, yeah bad ingredients and condiments make up a bad diet. what you want is quality gains and not get big,yet fat. try to avoid canned foods,by the way. the sodium in those are sky high.
