Xceed dosing, on weightlifting days take your Xceed 30-45 minutes pre-workout, then immediately post workout. On non-training days, take your Xceed any time whether it be first thing in the morning or anytime throughout the day.

BULK. I'm already very lean at 5'11" and 165 lbs. I'm looking to add strength and lean mass. 40 yard, I think in a previous post of mine, you mentioned a specific dosage for me for one of these products.
W/ the xceed, two doses on days when I train correct? One before and one 6hrs after? What about when I have to train at night? Should I take a dose in the a.m. and then one before workout? And finally, what about on off days?
