Don't get me wrong, I like BSN.  Ive tried their mass stack and it was ok.  However, NOX made me sick, and the effects diminished over time, as well is Nitrix.  Cell Mass didnt give me any bad side effects, but it didnt give me any good ones either.   DS supps however, simple and to the point, and they deliver.

Designer Supplements brings, innovation, cutting edge, creation, originality, freshness, design, and uniqueness all to the supplement industry.

Tell me BSN's contributions to the industry?

haa I like the conspiracy!!!  jk, I just wanted to see your quick opinion on the matter.  I think that the designer reps are very nice and helpful and the supplements such as xceed work well.  BSN is also great with NO XPlode I mean cmon what a pump but I have been on it for about 3 weeks now and I agree that the effects are diminishing which is a dissapointment to say the least.

Designer Supplements just doesn't revolve around 1-2 products like BSN does.  Just check out the entire current line-up, not to mention the new Designer Nutrition line that kicks off Aug. 1st.

I have a lot of respect for BSN, and what they have accomplished in a short period of time.  And the folks that I have met have been quality people.  Personally, I think it is an honor to be compared to such a company.

The problem with BSN is...Well first off No Xplode is 40 servings = 40 scoops not really truly 40 servings not when each serving is 2-3 scoops and  using this product for a week or two you will need 3 scoops.  In my case I needed 4 scoops because the effects diminished so badly.  so you take 3 scoops a day for 4 workouts in a week that is 12 scoops.  That won't even last you a month and I believe they tell you to take 1 scoop on non workout days also so you're looking at like 2 and a half weeks and you need to go out and buy another container.   No Xplode is a rip off.  It does taste good though, but other then that the effects go bye bye after using it for not that long and you need to many damn scoops of the stuff and it cost to much with very little results in the end.  Oh and it has very little Creatine ethyl Ester in it also. It does have L-Arginine AKG . but who cares?  I can buy that seperate or just go with Xceed that has that and a good amount of CEE.      Nitrix?  It's L-arginine AKG, probably no better than my BodyFortress NOS that I buy at Wal-mart for $9.97.   Cellmass, hmm  I never used Cellmass before, it seems like a better deal than No Xplode, at least it's only 2 scoops on days you workout and it has 3 grams of CEE per scoop so it's not to bad.   I don't like the directions on it though it tells you take it after workout and 6-8 hours again after that?  So I buy this expensive stuff and it's not even universal enough for me to use it Pre workout????  You could use it pre workout and it would be just fine, but they don't want to tell you that because BSN want you to buy the No Xplode for pre workout.  If I had to choose any one single BSN product out of the bunch, i'd have to say cellmass is the best choice.  Cellmass is alot like Xceed, but they both contain 3 grams CEE, but the Cellmass has Glutamine in it and the Xceed has Di-Arginine Malate, i'd rather have the Di-Arginine Malate over the Glutamine.  You get enough Glutamine in your protein powders.

I haven't tried any DS products but I've been taking NO-Xplode and Cell Mass for over a month now and I'll say I'm thoroughly impressed. I'd like to switch to something less pricey, but with the gains that I've been getting I'm really scared to try something else. I'm a college student and I don't have a whole lot of money but damn I'm really addicted to these gains. It's seriously hurting my wallet though, I'm thinking about Xceed...I just hope I can get the same results AND I want to know how long it will last me. If I take Xceed pre and post workout, which I workout 6 days a week and I'd imagine you take it on off days as well, then how long would it last me.

For NO Xplode users...

Have you witnessed any diminishing affects?  I feel like the two weeks were utter chaos as I went to the gym feeling like the incredible hulk.  Now, I feel as though I have strength but my body quickly got used to the super pump, energy, focus, and motivation it gave at the start.  Should I be cycling to gain greater affects?  I've been on creatine since I was about 18 now 21.  Switched from TRAC to this.

Yeah I was diagnosed in march 05 and I wasn't able to lift again until late january 06. I still can't squat because of a seeton, maybe you know what that is. Anyways, it's good to know that there are others out there who continue to lift despite having the disease. :-)

I was diagnosed in June 04.  The disease took me down to 121lbs.  By the way, I'm 5' 10''.  It was pretty much killing me and the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me.  I didn't lift for almost a yr either, but finally got healthy and back in the gym.  My health and well-being is my primary concern now.  Glad we are both fine and, and good luck to you.
