For the past two and a half weeks I have been using mostly Designer Supps and I thought I would share my results so far. Nutrition: I have been on a pretty good diet other than a few cheat meals here and there (which I kept under control as well). I could write it all out but just take my word for it that It's pretty healthy. Workout: I have been doing two cardio sessions each day with one full off day a week and usually i'll skip the morning cardio once or twice in the week. In the morning I run a medium-paced mile and then after my workout in the afternoon I run a mile doing HIIT (usually ends up being right around a 6 minute mile and yeah I know some of you runners do that easy but I'm 6'3 and as of the start of this program I weighed 228lbs). Supplement Intake: 2 caps of lean extreme on waking -morning cardio 1 scoop of replenish 1 cap glucophase -shower -breakfast -work -lunch -more work -snack with: 1 scoop xceed 6 caps NO Limits 2 caps lean extreme -weight lifting 1 or 2 caps of glucophase before cardio -HIIT 2 scoops of replenish - dinner about 2 hours later glucophase with dinner - rest/relax get ready for bed 1 scoop evo-pro 1 lean extreme 1 serving GABA -sleep okay so theres my daily routine for supps. So far in 2 1/2 weeks I have gone from 228 to 222 so a little over 2lbs a week. let me put what I think about each supp: Lean Extreme: I don't know how much to attribute to it but I am losing weight at a pretty good pace. Glucophase: Again, not sure how much to attribute to it but it seems the fat is being targeted better NO Limits: This one I am not sure if its effecting me much... Its been a few months since I have lifted and I have been on this since the first day back. The first week I felt tired during my workouts but now I feel more energized. I can't tell too much of a difference in pump. Xceed: Here again its tough to tell how I am responding to the CEE being I have been on it since I started but I do feel like my recovery times are pretty good and I can still get my HIIT done after a tough day of legs. Replenish: Probably my personal favorite so far. Taste is pretty good and It has mostly everything I would need after a good workout. I am about to order some more of this and Lean Extreme right now. So bottom line is so far so good they seem to be doing what they are suppose to do which is to supplement my diet and my workout to get the extra edge and drop that extra 1/2 - 1 lb a week.
