Hmm, the finished product will have a scoop, I am not really sure.  As to the macros, I'll get them to have posted.  It is something like 20g protein, 1 gram fat, and 3 grams of carbs/fiber.

o well, i dont know the serving size, so im just gonna pour the whole bag in the blender along with some water.  if the powder tastes anything like the bar, its gonna be great!

I never did receive my Designer protein powder samples like you have.  I guess they decided not to send them to me. Oh well free samples no big deal.  It doesn't suprise me they would lie to me either and promise a sample. I kinda expected not to get the samples honestly.  Now if it was a company Like Universal Nutrition they would of came through for everybody because that is the kind of company they are.  I have got many samples from Universal, and they sent me 2 free whole containers of Shock Therapy grape, yes I repeat 2 free containers of Shock Therapy.  I emailed them oneday and told them the product is excellent and I gave it very good reviews on DiscussBodybuilding.com and pasted them the link to it and 3 days later I have 2 containers of Shock Therapy sent UPS FREE!!!!!!  So you guys wonder why I love Universal Nutrition so much! Think about it.    Well the People who got the Sample of Sustain hope you enjoy it, and for the People who were lied to, well we will be ok.    

Give me a break, will you.  You weren't lied to.  Your samples were sent.  People live in different parts of the country/world, and not everything arrives in the same day.

P.S.  I have NEVER seen so much drama on any board over a bunch of samples.  This is really not fun, and its supposed to be.

Yeah I never got the Sustain samples or the protein bar samples I was told I would get.  I'm not trying to get extra samples and scam you!  I honestly didn't receive jack sh*t.  Keep your samples then.  It's all good,  what I would expect from this type of company. So no real big suprises here.

Unlike many companies who set and tell you how great there product is and try to convince you to buy it. Universal will send you samples.  My cousin got 9 Shock Therapy samples in the mail to try because he told them he wanted to try it for a good week to see the results.  He felt the stuff the first packet.   You just contact them with your mailing address it will be sent out right away.. They won't tell you they will send something and not do it, the kind of company they are though.
