Designer testers

this stinks. i was told i was going to get my protein the beginning of the month. now im leaving for school and i still don't have it. GEEZ

Shall we take you off the list?
 
P.S.  You were/will get 3-4 servings, was that going to make or break you?
 
P.P.S.  We said we expected that it would ship the first week of August.  The first week just passed, so we missed by a week.  Is there no room for manufacturing delays, and other issues, that you can live with?  I mean, its not like you payed for, scheduled your life around it, etc.  Would you rather we shipped it somewhere else?

i think he was merely displaying his disappointment for not being able to try the shake right away...not yell at you or anyone else.

send my sample elsewhere...i no longer wish to deal with a company that sounds like my 5th grade teacher about to punish a student. "Like I said, would you like us to send it somewhere else?" If they don't send me the protein samples for testing then they don't.  If they do I will test and review what I think about it.  It isn't worth getting all mad over, lots of times when companies get new products you can expect some delays.  You can't expect everything to be out right when you expect it.  I remember when they released Universals Animal pump it actually came to stores about 2 weeks after it's release date.  They might of had a few last minute tweaks to make, or maybe they didn't produce as much as they thought they would and wanted a certain number to be put out before it got shipped everywhere.  This Designer protein isn't even going to be released for a little while and this is just the first batch it sounds like for us to test. maybe there are a few more tweaks they need to make, maybe at the last minute they found a way to make it taste even better, or make it even better in some way. ebbearsfb1  I wouldn't get to bent out of shape about it, the protein will be out in the stores sooner or later and they do want People to test it, so it's just a matter of time until it gets sent out to be tested.

im not bend out of shape about it. its just the principle of it. i said its no big deal and he had some smart ass remark.

The dude said he was leaving for school.  I TOTALLY meant did he want it shipped to another address like a dorm, or wherever.  I know I can be a wise-ass at times, but for 2-3 people to take what I said in the wrong way--my god.
 
Anyway, its no matter, they are all going out today.  If I have done something in this thread that really pisses any of you off, you can refrain from testing it, if that suits you.

P.S.  If I came off a bit short, I apologize, but its been a bit stressful here lately.  Not to be a dick, but having someone overly concerned about a free sample being a week late, when yesterday I had to readmit my wife to the hospital for complications after the birth of my son -- not high on my concerned list.  If that makes me a bad business owner, I am sorry.  But I did sincerley ask if he wanted his sample sent to another address.
