workout went well, def had more energy. didnt quite feel the pump like i did when i took n02, but its my first serving, so we'll see 2morrow. ive been pissing like every 20 minutes for the past 5 hours, so im getting enough water for sure. should i be taking the xceed pre and post workout? also, can i take lean xtreme and melting point with food?

second day went well, got out more reps at the gym, and had a lot more energy. Im still pissing every 15 minuts tho...

ive been pretty busy lately, but im still managed to working out my normal amount. Ive noticed so far i can do a lot more reps and all excersizes, my metabolism is higher, my arms and chest r bigger, and ive gone from 215 to 207lbs in wieght, while inscrease my workout wiehgt. so in short im really liking this, and hopefully i can keep it up all summer, as long as i can afford it, lol.

my 2nd week on this stack, and things r going great. ive increased both my dips, shoulder press, leg press and squat in wiehgt and reps. my arms are noticably bigger, and im losing that belly fat. ill try to keep this updated every day.

today is my leg and cardio workout, we'll see how that goes, hopefully my legs wont be too fatigued to run. ive also been keeping on my diet, which is just eating every 2.5 hours, but eating right foods and such, and that seems to be helping out. im also drinking around 2 to 3 gallons of cold water a day, and running at least 2 miles 5 days a week. quick question, the top of my chest and traps r nicely defined, but my lower chest s lacking, is this because i dont do decline? will building muscle in my lower chest use up the flab thats there and make it into muscle?

I'm not a big fan of the decline bench press. I just do a variation of other chest exercises varying from DB and BB flat and incline bench, to dips, flies, and cable crossovers.

i did a lot of decline today followed by a 1 hour cycling class. all went well until the end when we had to get off the bikes and stretch. both of my calves died on me. they just totally cramped up on me to the point that i couldnt move, which i take as being a bad thing. i need to set up the vitamins and water, and hopefully 2morrow it wont happen again. im losing noticable amount of fat on my stomach, while showing noticable gains in size of my arms, chest, lats and traps. shoulders r slacking a bit, but im going to start to use more wieght for shoulders bc its getting too easy. same for legs.

40 yard trold me to take potassium with the mp so that the electrolytes are balanced in your muscles and itll reduce cramping.
