So if I follow a monday wensday friday split I pick one of the three groups to do on each day,  Since the strain is gonan be greater on the body do you suggest using all 3 programs at once.

on the ninth week how much should you expect to go up, cus usually when i max out its only for about 5lbs. more and it doesn't usually take 9 weeks to do that

how am i supposed to put this into my current routine, do i just not work everything else or what?

Hey when u do this routine, do u include assistance work like close grip bench press for example or just stick with the big 3 and thats it?
