Cycling isn't required as rightly said above, and neither is loading, but to really get the most bang for you buck, i'd suggest 4-5 days loading (15-20g/day) and then using it for 6-8 weeks before coming off for about 4 weeks. Don't expect miricles, but a bit of strength gain and extra pumps go nicely.
