i dont think thats technicaly an excercise, but a very good way to burn calories nonetheless. killin the cardio!!!

Hahaha..dunno man....I can think right off the top of my head positions that work your biceps, triceps, definitely legs, hell I could even think up a lat workout, but that would reguire some cealing pegs, a body strap, and a trusting woman. (I don't think my gf would be game for it thoug, hahah)

Lets say you bench 3 sets 4-6 reps 200lbs, how much should you be able to fly?

i have no clue, it depends on if your talkin machine flys or dumbell flys, and my bench to fly ratio is a lot different than other people i know. Just try them and find out.
