Now I have a plan for dinner tomorow night!

A little side note on the salmon if your looking for something new, try cooking it wrapped in leaf lettuce tied around the salmon with twine and feel free to add lemon, capers, olive oil, spices etc to the salmon before wrapping it. Adds a great flavor to the salmon when grilling.

I dont believe ive ever had haddock, looked it up because I didnt know what it was. What does it taste like? Im curious Ill have to check the grocery store tomorow.

Quinoa rice is pretty darn good, I picked some up tonight and its got a nice flavor to it, I didnt find any haddock so I might have to get you to mail me some lol j/k Thanks again for the recipe. I am going to try some quinoa tomorow with a little beef stock while cooking tomorow ill let you know how it turns out.
