Well there's nothing scientific about what I'm about to say but here it goes... OK say a pump has it push 100 gallons of water an hour through a 1" pipe. It can do it but it has to work harder and keep up a higher water velocity than if it were a 2" pipe. So the same theory should hold true for your heart thus making it easier for the heart to do it's job. At least in theory anyway.

In actual practice what happens is this: Your vessels do not dilate much more at all until you work out. On leg day I notice it the most. After every set of squats and deadlifts I get so lightheaded that I need to sit down. All of that blood used to pump up your legs has to come from somewhere. It's really quite dramatic.

Do you like to pass out during your lifts?

Well that explains the dizzyness I was feeling. Ehh could be worse.

It gets to be a real pain on the Optimum Anabolics program on the weeks that you have 30 seconds between exercises and 1 minute between supersets. It takes a minute to 90 seconds to get your head back.

That still doesn't answer the question of whether there is more stress put on the heart or not though.

Take the example of someone bleeding to death. As your volume diminishes the heart has to work harder and faster to pump the remaining supply to the brain, or you will pass out. Eventually you go into arrest. The heart will work as hard as it needs to to keep your brain supplied.

Heart will handle it. DOnt worry. Its not a balloon. Take creatine and workout hard and results are there. Heart will do its thing. Dont be scared. "oh, i cant run today, my heart will work hard" come on... Creatine is not going to make your heart go boom!

I was not saying it would explode, ROCK, I was just giving an extreme example of exactly what you were saying. The heart will, in fact, do its thing. As I said before, on leg day you will notice a big difference when your quads and hams fill with blood and your heart has to make up the difference. I like to make sure folks are aware of issues rather than your method of telling them to just go ahead and do it.
