ORIGINAL: Jeudrietr Here's what it says on the product: Serving size 11.4g Calories - 5 Total Carb - 1g Sugars - 0g Vitamin C - 500mg Vitamin E - 10IU Thiamin - 0.38mg Riboflavin - 0.43mg Niacin - 10mg Vitamin B6 - 2.5 mg Folate - 13mcg Vitamin B12 2500 mcg Pantothenic Acid - 2.5mg Calcium - 60mg Magnesium - 100mg Zinc - 20mg Selenium - 5mcg Manganese - 1mg Chromium - 100mcg Sodium - 60mg Potassium 940mg Then it just states: "**Proprietary Blend 417 mg L-Argnine, caffeine from guarana seed, Grape skin extract, L-Taurine, Grape seed extract, Green tea leaf extract, Alpha lipoic acid, American Ginseng root extract, Ginger Root. ** Daily Value not established" Oh ok, well I can tell you that the arginine and taurine are way underdosed. Even if it was 417mg of arginine, that's nothing. And taurine has got to be some miniscule amount, since caffeine is probobly around 100mg and it has to be less then that. It's hard to tell exactly how much of the others are in there because it's a proprietary blend. But other then that it looks good, I'd take it in the morning or before workouts. Looks like a good energy drink with no sugar.
