sounds good. if i just wanted to try this one time i could probablly do like 3/4cup brown rice, 3oz. chicken, 1 egg, 2tsp. olive oil, and some soy sauce thats 400 calories, 31g protein, 33g carbs, 15g fat. wow i def. gotta try that, thanks! oh and i bet u could do the same for loi-mein (sp?) but just with whole wheat pasta
