I take GN-SP 250 and stack it with GN-SizeOn. This combo works great for me. There are individuals on the board who are not in agreement but, as I always say what works for one may not work for others. I also take ON-Whey. You can take the Whey before and/or after your w/o but, since I w/o in the early a.m., I'll take the Protein shake after my w/o within a one hour window. Further, about an hour or so before bedtime (on w/o days) I'll drink an ISS-Micellar Matrix Protein Shake. It's made for a slow release of protein and helps with a decrease in muscle tissue breakdown while you sleep.
