Fat Burners just increase your metabolism by 2-5%(?), mainly by making you colder or warmer to make your body work at a higher rate to maintain your body temperature.
All you need is a good diet, a good workout and a good cardio plan.
Fat burning supplements in reality are just for peace of mind.

Im about to try a bottle of jetfuel. I know its suppose to be really good. Even more of a boost than lipo 6x. I'll let u know how it works...

i tried ripped fuel 5x..and hot rox(original, not xtreme). i took both of these back to back ripped fuel 1st. Also while on l-carnitine. I may have lost 4-5 lbs. in a 2 month period, but my diet wasn't what it shouldv'e been. IMO i wasted about $75.00

i got the jitters, though.

dude! a couple weeks ago, my buddy brought his jetfuel in and i took 3 of them plus a speed shot and a tall ABB energy drink.
um. yeah. don't EVER do that.
i felt like i was dying when i started crashing. haha

Shoot hell yeah this stuff puts u on point! Just start off with 1to2 before u go to 3. Im a smaller guy I took 2 and I felt pretty high within like 10 minutes. I see that ur in a band this stuff would be great for energy when ur on stage.

I've never taken it myself, but I heard ALRI Special Tactics and Lean Dreams are real good for cutting down. I know this one person whose wife used it before a competition and it worked pretty well.
I have a bottle of each, won them in the essay contest :) If anyone wants them, I can sell them for really cheap since they'll be sitting in the drawer anyways... PM me if you want them.

Hot Rox was the only decent supp that caught my eye because it actually DOES something.
But it's illegal to ship here... 
However, some aussie site emailed me saying they had it in stock!! How the hell they get their hands on it I don't know.

I would think it will affect women simply because it raised your test. levels, and we know women naturally have low levels of test. and high levels of estrogen.
