Simple....eat tons of clean food and lift like an animal. Since you are just starting, stick to the basics. Check out the mass gaining thread by Danmirage. You can use search or check the nutrition form I believe.

how has the tamoxifen been working out with you? my doctors have been urging me to start taking it becuase i have a testosterone difficiency as well, but i am a little nervous because i have read that it can cause tumors...

Understandably tamoxifen citrate can help boost low test levels as is evident in bodybuilders/athletes using it to help get their testosterone back to baseline levels after steroid cycles, yet I have never heard of a doctor prescribing tamox for low testosterone...
why weren't you prescribed androgel/a testosterone synthetic?

That's what I was thinking too. I never heard any doctor prescribing nolva as a long term soution for low test.
