It depends on what you mean most legal supps are natural and are ment to give your body what your not getting from whole foods, also many supplements used as a part of a workout are simply used to enhance the body performance and recovery by using amino acids, protien, and vitamins. I think your comment is probably misdirected. Maybe if you discussed where your coming from it would come off more educated. Or perhaps you dont fully understand supplementation.

Actually bleed, most supplements are found naturally in the body (creatine, glutamine, protein), and are only supplemented to have them in higher amounts.  If prohormones are in someones routine, then yes, those are bad, mainly on the liver.  But for the most part, people on here take healthy supplements...CLA, milk thistle, BCAAS, a Nitric Oxide product, etc.

and also eating whole foods changes your outside appearance for the good, and bad foods change it for the worse. supplements as well help change ones outward appearance for the better. Therefore, the use of the two things that make you body look better in combination with each other would make your outside AND inside look and feel healthier.
