30-45mins before... right after workout. For wrestling don't go nuts on your weight. If your gonna wrestle in a weight class try to stay there all season so your not trying to loose 3-5lbs by not eating\drinking etc.

You should hold off on xceed until after the wrestling season. The two dont mix. for one in wrestling you have to get your weight down as low as possible, creatine is going to add weight (some water). also with the water weight lost before weigh in you will get seriously f'ed up because of lack of water when on creatine. And i know about the practices, you will be cramping up non stop because you wont be able to get enough water. Wait until after wrestling to start xceed in my honest opinion.

I would use 1 dose, immediately before your workout.  XCEED has CEE and there is little to no bloating, and it will help with strength, energy, and endurance, even while cutting.

Creatine and wrestling do mix!  strength, energy and endurance.  Even when cutting for wrestling you should still continue to take in adequate (64 oz) water.  The associations are know frowning upon lossing excessive weight loss.  I know i NJ you have to weigh in at the begining and you can only go down so far.  The benefits of creatine far outweigh any isues
Just as a side note.  I take creatine on a daily basis and pretty much drink ZERO water during the day.  I am not suggesting it just making a point.  My fluid intake is coffee and diet coke and I have never had issues.

ps I am also a former wrestler so I know the demands of the sport

when i took Xceed, i would take one scoop pre- and post-workout and the results were great.  i also had no bloating whatsoever, my lifts went up every exercise, and i probably put on about 5-7 lbs of muscle while taking it over a 1.5-2 month period.
