watch yourself beach...treading on thin ice with only 16 posts? stay with 300-400 grams of protein a day. Your calories are WAY too low. go to a site calculator and get your MATH right. You should be eatting about 2500 calories a day to lose weight properly. dont be an ass on this website. it will not be tolerated.

300-400g's of protein is kidney murder unless if your drinking a lake of water, becasue he doenst sound like he is more then 160 lean bodyweight you need to know your bf% to get your protein intake right. find your lean body weight the math for everyday intense athlete is: 1.4 x lean body weight = protein intake you dont need half a gram more then this amount.

8pack, although I know many people agree with you on "too much protein is unhealthy", I have to disagree. Most nutritionists say more than 50-100 grams of protein a day is highly unhealthy, and we all know thats not the truth. I lost 75lbs of pure fat, and I did so by eatting MASSIVE amounts of protein, moderate fats, and very low carbs. My kidneys are 100% a-ok.

i have about 142lbs of lean body weight and i consume 2500 calories on a cut to lose a lb a week. if you weigh 235, you shouldnt be eating 1000 less calories than me, unles your goal is to lose muscle and gain fat

Keep healthy by drinking a good amount of water. But again, no need

But again, no need no...it kept me full. which stopped me from eatting pizza/donut/cheetos/twinkies. when you're hungry, eat protein. if you do that ALL day every day, you can never get fat, lol.

^ well, when nutritionalists say that, they are referrring to normal everyday people. athletes, bodybuilders need more protein as they use up more. With the use of protein, of course you're not going to experience any problems in the short run. But then again, it's like when they say "smoking causes cancer", but someone who has smoked for the most of the life lives a long life.
