Status: offline 		I'm definitely not a BB but from what i've read Animal Pak is supposed to be pretty good. I just got mine in the other day. There's something like 7 vitamins in tiny packets you take each day depending on what you are doing. Kind of tough to get down, some are even bigger than nitrix tabs but you get used to em.

Hey dapunisher;

I’ve heard nothing but good things about Animal PaK but, some don’t like swallowing so many pills.

You may want to check out MHP-Activite Multi's. They are geared for the sports minded individual. Has a great vitamin profile along with Anabolase, which optimizes the function of food for max performance and has a high ORAC for muscle recovery and antioxidant support. I paid 20 bucks for 120 tabs. I take 4 tabs per day, 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner. Good stuff.

I paid 16 bucks for 44 packs. If I take 1 a day thats roughly .36 cents a day. I dont know the comparison of price vs. other multi-v's though. This sounds pretty cheap to me. Smile

Status: offline 		i bought some multi's at gnc, don't really remember what they were came in a brown pack, but they seem to have all the right vitamins, properly placed, and not to expensive, plus the pills aren't too big and you only have to take one a day. cheack it out.

once again, i misinformed someone becuase I shop at GNC. If you can find it for this price, absolutely go for. Its the best multi a bodybuilder could buy.

animal pak 2 has some tribulus and other test bosters in it
