THIS IS OR WAS A POPULAR ENERGY/FAT BURNING STACK USED BY MANY PEOPLE BEFORE EPHEDRINE WAS BANNED

The ECA stack is still the most effective fat lost stack ever and diff cheaper then hydroxycut hardcore.

Throw in some NO Precursors, some BCAAS and some creatine and you'll have a pretty vicious workout... But not a healthy thing to be taking regularily.

the stack goes like this, and no, your not crazy if u workout while using this stack:
25mg ephedrine 3x a day
200mg caffeine 3x a day
300mg aspirin 3x a day

hmmm... how about after we take this stack we drink some gasoline and shoot some epinepherine in our asses.....
Ephedra is nothing to mess around with, basicly he's telling you to use an ECA stack and add in some sodium so you dont completely dehydrate yourself... this stack will undoubtably work, the only thing is that it is going to severly effect your heart ( in a detrimental way) if you use it for over 3 weeks and/or if you have a history of heart problems. You may want to do some research on ephedra/ephedrin/pseudoephedrine before starting this stack. If you'd like some info on ephedra/ine PM me and ill be glad to help you out.

To actually take the "ECA" stack you would have to be either Uneducated or not give a damn about how bad you will be damaging your body. Oh and I forgot to mention that taking this stuff will also mess with your head and your sleep paterns

too much of something is always bad !
If I were you I would not even think about doing this stack ! And when it comes from a juicer, you know it has to be wrong.
But again, not my body, not my health...not my problem. I just gave you my opinion.

Ok if I may. This is not a mass building stack, this is a cutting stack meant to trim fat and water off people prior to contests. Not really a good thing to take if you are trying to mass up

your math teacher is your friend, and he tells u to take steroids and that ridiculous stack?
wow what a role model to kids ( i dont know old u are)
stay away from that ****. learn how to burn fat and build muscle the natural way first by:
-proper nutrition
-proper rest
-proper wieght training and cardio
-supplements like whey protien, creatine (kre-alkalyn),glutamine SR, vitamin
thats your core foundation that you must master, after that,..u can look into other supplements, and increase ur caloric intake for more gains.
however its a lot easier said then done, so u must work hard at it and discipline yourself.
F*ck your math teacher.
