Dumbell bench press or barbell bench press are much much superior or in different league then flys. Flys come no were near. Here's an example bud.Tell me if there is some one who increases there flys from 60lbs -120 lbs and some one who increases and/or adds on 100- 200 pounds to there bench press or someone who is benching double their body weight. Now tell me who's pecs will be bigger and will have those "inner pecs" Sometimes inner pecs or shape of your chest is genetic. hope this helps
