sure it'd be possible.......take No xplode before you workout....then directly after workout take your MMilk....but in actuality punisher you wanna go with a whey protein isolate after you workout to get a fast rush of amino's into your bloodstream...Whey is a fast acting protein and Muscle Milk is composed of primarily casein..which is a slow acting protein...so the best time for it is before bedtime..it helps prevent catabolism while whey increases protein synthesis...And throw the CellMass in about an hour after workout and you should be straight.
