We all know the 11th commandment is, "Thou shalt not shop in GNC" but anyways, pick up some creatine mono, a good multi, and some flax seed oil or fish oil.

creatine mono will bulk you up. it will increase your strength and size while you use it. i can write a book on creatine, but i dont feel like explaining something so overdiscussed. the fish oil promotes a good cardiovascular system and it is good fats which we all need. also it helps a lil bit with inflammation

ORIGINAL: builtdarntough150 It works? As in you've personally used it and got results with it? I dont want it to be one of those things you try and get no results from it. of course it works, lol. its the most popular sports supp out there. im using it right now and after 2 weeks, my strength went up. my cable curl for reps is up 20lbs and my bench is up 10lbs for reps. my strength also went up in other areas, but i dont remember the numbers off hand, id have to check my journal.

if u go through a loading phase ull see results VERY quickly i.e 5 days, if u dont (which means same gains in long run just using less creatine at first) then ull see them in 2 maybe 3 weeks ive heard, and as far as the water, from what ive heard the creatine uses the water as a delivery system to ur muscles in order to get in and the nutrients in. :D

u definitely wont see results in 5 days, loaded or not. youll see results in about 2-3 weeks which will be a gain in weight and a strength increase. i load every time i use creatine and have not sen results in less than 2 weeks. if i use 10g post ill see gains in 3 weeks, if i do 5g pre and 5g post, i notice gains in 2 weeks from personal experience, i load with 20g split over 4 doses for the first 5 days, than the rest of the cycle i do 5g pre and 5g post, and on nonworkout days, i do 5g in the morn and 5g in the afternoon or at night.

Theres an old saying.....it aint what you know, but WHO you know. I hook ppl up on a constant basis with my emp. discount and it'd be safe to say that you should get good with one of the local gnc guys or any supplement shop for that matter and once we know you we continously will hook u up to keep your business. Workin at Gnc i realize that their pricing is diff....ON SPORTS NUTRITION but its not all that diff....just last week a bottle of musclemilk 2.48 lbs was 29.99 at gnc and i went to vit shoppe to see what it was there and it was 26.99 so not a HUGE difference...there noxplode was 39.99 and ours was 42.99 so its not way off...but just think..that 42.99 would drop considerably once you tack on a 30% discount...now im not saying you can just waltz in to gnc and be like hey hook me up...cuz i wouldnt do it..but become friends with the gnc dudes and you'll have discount supp's for life..later.

Buy Size On creatine from GNC. It is expensive, but it is one of the best creatines out there, and the only good one GNC sells. Mono is good for begginers, and all, but SizeOn will give you far more gains than mono. Stay away from CE2 and NO2 they sell. Far over priced at $100 a pop and don't buy any muscle tech products. I would agree with the above that you sould buy your supplements online where it is cheaper and you can read up on what you are getting. Keep reading this board and search for the best creatines and such.

creatine mono just puts on water weight... has been known to cause bloating, cramps, and headaches... you lose 25-75% of the weight you put on while on it... take esterfied creatine if any creatine... and grab a weight gainer in addition to extra plates of food... should be all set.

25-75% thats a quite the range there..... Monohydrate kicks the **** out of esterfied creatine, and now there all this garbage about how creatine ethyl ester is bad for you, i dont think mono is just for begginers, mono is amazing its the best supp ive ever used apart from ph's. Honestly though everyones gunna say different, so whose right? Go try soem for yourself buy like 300g for dirt cheap and see whatchya think.

Dude, don't need to use the employee discount everytime... that ****'ll get you fired... grab coupons and hold on to them scanning other gold cards. I've already got my hands on a free gold card renewal with $15 purchase for the month, $25 off $125 or more, $20 off $100 or more... and 25% off any purchase... all three last October 1-31... it's gonna be a good month to say the least.

haha i dont use the EMP discount everytime...just occasionally when one of my boys will come in. But i get what your sayin...thats a good idea ima hafta start doin that....hey hows that CE2 workin for ya? Im bout to start Superpump 250/ SizeON stack and see how that goes..lookin foward to that! Ohh and about the coupon thing...i just thought...all you'd hafta do is record the number down on a piece of paper and use the coupon code when you wanted..no need to save the actual coupon...b/c you need to staple that with all the endofday stuff.
