you know whats weird, i have been pretty sick for the last little while, took a week off, and finally i said screw it i'm just gonna work out, barf and all. weirdly enough i felt just as strong, hit up my bench and did my entire routine without skipping a beat, did get the occasional, oh man i gotta sit down head spin, but didn't lose any strenght, i guess thats how my body works.
