wow you eat a lot of fatning food .. you could clean up your diet a bit ... even if your in a bulking phase you can watch out for the fat that comes with those high calories ..

it might not be your routine or diet thats wrong .. it could possibly be your form .. you say your arms are toned and pretty big .. the triceps make up like 2/3 of the arm i believe? so that could be the factor ..

you could try for example, like the bicep .. when you curl and at the top of the lift you squeeze .. you do the same with the chest .. when you press the barbell up, hold at the top and squeeze your chest .. then lower slowly down .. feel the mind muscle connection .. feel your chest workin out ..

With a diet like that, don't even bother looking at changing your workout yet.
No, it's not one hundred percent of the problem- your chest routine could use a change, there are some tweaks I could give you there- But to be honest, until you get your diet right, it'd be a waste of time and effort for both of us. You get what you put in here- Want muscles, eat right. It's simple, although it does require some detmermination and work in the kitchen. Read this-
http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/What_the_hell_is_a_calorie_anyway/m_135283/tm.htm
in case you haven't already, and find out how many calories a day you need to reach your goals. Then, use the link Soul gave you to find some healthy food choices- And don't come back asking if McDonald's chicken counts.Smile

630 to 300 without a meal? do you not have any time in between to eat? because if you can manage to squeeze something in i would recommend it so that your blood sugar levels dont spike or bottom out...perhaps you can take a MR shake with you and drink it at some break during the day. also, i dont know what kind of protein your use or how you make your shake, but make sure that you get some simple carbs after working out to replenish glyogen stores and allow the protein to be used for repairs in muscle tissue

yeah youre diet sucks but if you've seen results other places then it could be your form or maybe you just have slow growing pecs. it may just be genetics.

i also noticed that you warmed up for every chest exercise, i could be wrong.

but, just keep the same weight throughout the sets.  Your sets now are set up like a powerlifters almost.

Well #1 forget personal trainers they know very little, I've never seen a huge personal trainer. . . and guess what they spend all day in a gym they don't know much about getting big. #2 IDK but I'd say going up is ok but I'll ask you this, if you could be doing a heaver weight why aren't you?

#3 diet. you could search. but Basically eat every 2-3 hours. Why? they all ask. it keeps your metabo moving and constantly burning calories. cut out all of that crap. I wont even get into how much trans fatty acids are in your fast food. The diet you set up isn't bad but you need to eat twice more between 6:30 and 3:00. you weigh 154 so you need at least 154 g's of protien and 154 carbs. Thats just basic you could find way more out just by searching.

if you are actually lifting for your chest like a powerlifter would, as rucknmaul says, than that may be a reason you arent seeing mass gains...your strength may increase but that has nothing to do with size...actually it can be inverse to size on some occasions as your muscles learn to maintain the least amount of muscle tissue and still be able to move more weight...

Your revised diet isn't much better at all- You need to do some reading in the nutrition forum, there's plenty of meals and meal plans in there, just look around some. Posts by Danmirage about diet are absolute must reads, for example.
When it comes to the type of workout you're doing, the pyramid sets, you might want to think about changing that up- Warm up, then use the same amount of weight while working within a rep range instead of using a different weight and different number of reps per set- If ninety percent of personal trainers have told you the pyramid is best for building muscle, and you're not building muscle the way you'd like, perhaps they're not the best source of info- Personal trainers can be an excellent resource, but most of them aren't really schooled for muscle building. Most of their clients are looking to lose weight and "tone up"- In my experience, most people looking to gain muscle pretty much teach themselves, and work out with others who are looking to do the same thing. This site, for example, is a bunch of people who are more or less after the same thing you are, and have real world experience with what works and what does not work. I've tried your type of workout in the past- And to be honest, I've seen better gains with a rep range and a set amount of weight. More importantly though, none of that will change a damn thing for you until you get the diet going- So, head over to the nutrition forum, you've got some reading to do.
First step- Have you figured out how many calories you really need yet? The link to the calcs is at the bottom of the article I linked you to.

your diet doesn't sound like it's anywhere near that number of calories per day.
As for the drink, go with water as often as possible- You need to stay hydrated, and water's the best way to do it. OJ and Gatorade aren't bad once in a while, same as milk, but nothing beats water.
