best bet....cardio....the only real solution to fat covering developed muscles is to burn the fat away....however, if you are currently bulking, continue to do so until you are ready to enter a cutting phase.

i usually use just a treadmill on most days, and then i use the elliptical machine on leg days to go easier on my joints that day...i mean there isnt really much to cardio...go about 70-80% Max heart rate for the first half and then lower for the second, or you can fluctuate it much like when people practice for cross country, sprinting for short times then light jogging...i presume diet and weight lifting is already in place?

Look at balancing the muscle work which with cardio and diet!  Basically you are wanting fat loss.
Girls's boobs shrink with fat loss, they too are mainly made of fat!

And they say that female bodybuilders aren’t beautiful … Don't get me wrong; I just had to post this because you’re really beautiful.

builtdarn, what exactly are you eating? Even when bulking, it's possible to limit your fat gains by eating the right amounts of the right types of food- I think I remember you posting something about your diet recently, and if I'm not mistaken, it could use a lot of work. The diet answer is actually more what you're looking for, if you ask me.
