Just try to focus on your diet...Eat 700 cals over your BMR (mines like 3400 and its hard) Also you might try taking Purple K than like you said take the mammoth after you done with the Purple. You can see what works and doesnt work...Other than that i dont really know

We need so much more information. What is your basal calorie requirement? How much over that are you eating? What does your diet look like? What does your exercise regime look like? Are you lifting with your legs?

Purple K claims to not have water retention so I suppose it wouldn't be the top choice for weight gaining. Plain creatine mono will be more likely to have quick size results.

you jsut tend to look puffier with it, it's not like it hurts you though but if your looking for a weight gain by retaining water though its not permanent you would have increased body weight.

yup yup...i increased my bench 40lbs in about a month on kre-alkalyn, barely any water retention
